📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using any part of the pokpok platform — including the website at pokpok.club, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets, and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using pokpok and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. pokpok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pokpok with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

pokpok is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of pokpok is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or betting on pokpok under any circumstances.
• You are accessing pokpok voluntarily and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any voluntary or court-imposed gambling restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
• Your use of pokpok is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• You have not previously had a pokpok account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

pokpok takes age verification seriously. As part of the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to submit proof of age documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — before your account is fully verified and before withdrawals are processed. Submission of false or misleading documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

👤 3. Account Registration

To access pokpok's full range of games, betting markets, and promotional offers, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a chosen username and password. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or inaccurate registration details is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension or closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on pokpok. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. pokpok employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pokpok reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any open or settled bets placed from those accounts, forfeit any bonus funds accrued, and retain any winnings derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pokpok username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. pokpok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pokpok support immediately.

KYC Verification

pokpok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant deposit. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pokpok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions on pokpok are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. pokpok does not store full card details on its servers.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically clear within seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. pokpok does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using an account, card, or mobile wallet belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, pokpok reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the associated account, and return funds to the original payment source pending verification.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed to bKash and Nagad accounts within minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time and verification checks. pokpok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, including requests to verify the source of funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the account holder's own name.

If a withdrawal request is placed on hold for review, the pokpok support team will proactively communicate the reason and an estimated resolution timeline via your registered contact details. pokpok does not impose arbitrary withdrawal delays and aims to process all verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

🎁 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

pokpok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated alongside each individual offer.

Welcome Bonus

New pokpok members are eligible for a 100% first deposit welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum stated threshold for the promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. The bonus amount will be credited to the player's account within a short period of the qualifying deposit clearing. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Full wagering terms are presented at the time of claim.

General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. pokpok reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering rollover before withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: pokpok actively monitors for bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where abuse is detected, pokpok reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn as part of the abuse.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet may apply as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

pokpok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of a promotion, pokpok's decision is final.

🏏 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

pokpok offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games, slots, fishing arcade games, and other gaming products. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules available within the relevant section of the pokpok platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on pokpok.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pokpok reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts, refuse bets, or void bets where there is evidence of odds manipulation, data errors, or technical faults that have resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at pokpok's discretion, including during delays, reviews, or technical issues.

For cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — specific rules regarding match abandonment, rain interruptions, over reductions, and tie-breakers are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the platform. Where a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable format's rules, bets will be settled in accordance with pokpok's published cricket settlement policy.

Casino & Slots

All casino games and slots on pokpok use certified random number generators (RNG). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future outcomes. pokpok is not responsible for communication failures, system errors, or service interruptions that occur on the player's end (e.g., internet disconnection mid-spin). In the event of a server-side error during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned.

Currency

All pokpok accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed odds, prices, balances, bonus amounts, and transaction records use BDT as the functional currency. pokpok does not offer multi-currency accounts.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pokpok. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Underage use: Accessing or using pokpok if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one pokpok account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documentation; engaging in chargeback fraud or payment reversal schemes.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through collusion, the use of automated tools, the creation of duplicate accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on sporting events where you have access to non-public, price-sensitive information, or where you are a participant in the event.
• Money laundering: Using pokpok for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. pokpok is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in pokpok's platform to gain an unfair advantage; using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the pokpok platform, its servers, its databases, or any associated infrastructure.

🔐 8. Account Suspension & Closure

pokpok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or at the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your pokpok account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Account closure requests are typically actioned within one business day.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use pokpok's self-exclusion feature, accessible from account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to indefinite. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, place bets, or deposit funds. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon submission. Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where a pokpok account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or prohibited conduct as detailed in Section 7 — pokpok reserves the right to: void all open and settled bets placed from the account; forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play; withhold withdrawal of funds pending a full investigation; and permanently ban the individual from opening any future account on pokpok. Real-money deposits may be returned at pokpok's discretion following the conclusion of the investigation, minus any amounts attributable to fraudulent or abusive activity.

pokpok's decision regarding account closure for breach is final. If you believe a closure decision has been made in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of receiving the closure notification. Appeals will be reviewed and a response provided within 10 business days.
